Your first step is to fill in an application form 

Exhibitors, please note: in 2020, the registration formalities to take part in the ADF Exhibition will change.  
Read the Exhibition Rules and Regulations for more information. 

Registrations are open from 24 January until 16 February. Applications that arrive after the registration deadline will be placed on a waiting list.

All applications are to be submitted on line exclusively, using the relevant form in your Exhibitor Account

→ You have never taken part in the Exhibition

Send us your details and we will send you your username and password for your Exhibitor Account.  


→ You have taken part in a previous Exhibition 

Log in to your Exhibitor Account to fill in your application 

Go to your exhibitor account

In your account, you can submit your application, edit your details, upload and download documents, monitor your application status, place and track your orders, and check your invoices. 


— The ADF will accept no conversation or document (postal letter or email) other than the online Application Form as an official application to exhibit

— All applicants should imperatively submit an online application and pay the corresponding deposit

—Incomplete applications (those submitted without the corresponding payment) will not be forwarded to the ADF

— The application closing date for all applicants is 16 February 2020.


— Should you cancel your booking, a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total amount due will be deducted before refund.

— Should you cancel your participation after having accepted your allotted stand location or following a collective procedure, no reimbursement shall be due, the sums paid will be retained, and the balance shall remain due (refer to article 2.6 of the Rules and Regulations)
