RULES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
— The ADF will accept no conversation or document (postal letter or email) other than the online Application Form as an official application to exhibit — All applicants should imperatively submit an online application and pay the corresponding deposit —Incomplete applications (those submitted without the corresponding payment) will not be forwarded to the ADF. |
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
— Should you cancel your booking, a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total amount due will be deducted before refund. — Should you cancel your participation after having accepted your allotted stand location or following a collective procedure, no reimbursement shall be due, the sums paid will be retained, and the balance shall remain due (refer to article 2.6 of the Rules and Regulations) |
